Welcome to Stemma Wellness App (“the App”), operated by Stemma Wellness.
By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Account Creation
• To use our App, you must create an account by providing your name and phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring the accuracy of your provided information.
• You can delete your account at any time through the App settings.
1.2. Booking a Lesson
• You can book lessons offered at Stemma Wellness via the App.
• Lessons are conducted by assigned trainers; however, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness), a substitute trainer may be assigned without prior notice.
1.3. Payment
• You may purchase individual lessons or lesson packages (e.g., 10-lesson packs at discounted rates).
• All payments must be made through the App’s secure payment gateway.
• Prices are subject to change, but any adjustments will not impact confirmed bookings.
1.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• You may cancel a booked lesson at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• You may reschedule a booked lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
1.5. Changes to Classes
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons when necessary. In such cases, users will be notified and given the option to reschedule or request a refund.
1.6. Socks Policy
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all participants are required to wear socks during lessons and sessions at Stemma Wellness.
• If you do not have socks, you may purchase a pair at the reception before your session.
• Failure to comply with this policy may result in denial of participation in the session without a refund.
1.7. User Conduct
• You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Misuse of the App, fraudulent activities, or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
1.8. Liability
• Stemma Wellness disclaims liability for injuries, accidents, or adverse effects sustained during fitness sessions, except where required by law.
• The App is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2.1. Data We Collect
• Personal Information: Your name and phone number provided during account creation.
• Transaction Data: Details about booked lessons, payment history, and transaction records.

3.Changes to These Terms and Policies
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Any significant updates will be communicated through in-app notifications and an updated “Last Revised” date.
4. Harmonious Interaction and Communication Ethics at Our Center of Happiness

4.1. Respect and Courtesy
• All visitors and staff must adhere to the principles of respect, tolerance, and ethical communication.
Confidentiality: Any information related to clients’ health is considered confidential.
4.2. Use of Mobile Phones and Social Media
• Calm Atmosphere: Visitors are kindly asked to keep their phones on silent mode to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Photos and Videos: Allowed only with the consent of the administration and other guests.
4.3. Alcohol and Psychoactive Substances
• Alcohol: Consumption is not allowed on the premises as we promote a healthy lifestyle culture.
• Smoking: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the center.
4.4. Dress Code and Hygiene
• Comfortable Attire: It is recommended to wear appropriate clothing for the procedures (e.g., for massage or yoga).
• Hygiene: Clients should follow basic hygiene rules before procedures (clean clothing, shower before a massage, etc.).
4.5. Payment and Refund Policy
• Prepayment: Some services may require prepayment.
• Refunds: If a service is not provided due to the clinic’s fault, a refund or an alternative service will be offered.
4.6. Cancellation and Lateness Policy
• Cancellation: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If cancellation occurs later than this timeframe or in case of a no-show, prepayments are non-refundable. If no prepayment has been made, the administration reserves the right to refuse a booking or require prepayment for future bookings.
• Lateness: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the procedure may be shortened or rescheduled.
4.7. Safety and Responsibility
• Contraindications: Clients are responsible for informing specialists about their health conditions.
• Physical and Emotional Comfort: If anything feels uncomfortable during a procedure, it is important to inform the specialist immediately.
